Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Package Your Cookware

  Securely pack your items in the original HexClad packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all components are included and the new label is attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
